Every cut has a history

Every animal is pre-approved for the brand. Producers are Certified Animal Welfare providers, inspected from start to finish by an independent Certification Body. After slaughter, each carcass is graded to SEUROP standards for conformation and fat cover.

    The animal is approved for AKAMAS before entering the brand system.

  2. Welfare providers

    Producers operate under Certified Animal Welfare expectations.

  3. Independent inspection

    A Certification Body oversees the process from start to finish.

  4. SEUROP grading

    Carcasses are graded for conformation and fat cover after slaughter.
